Barbara was recently awarded the prestigious “Hall of Fame” award, indicating she has sold over 50 million dollars worth of real estate in her career. It is Barbara’s focused approach of communication, perseverance and patience that sets her above her peers. Barbara believes in education and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and the At Home with Diversity Certification Programs. Dee Zepp

Dee is a native Marylander growing up in the Baltimore-Annapolis area. Her career has taken her from 25 years in teaching children with special needs to over 16 years in the Real Estate profession. Her leadership and follow through have been proven in many areas. When she got her real estate license in 1990, Dee formed a team with Barbara Remias, which has grown steadily over the years. For over 15 years she was president of an education association and has served on both the local and state legislative committees for the Realtor Association. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Distinguished Sales Club of Anne Arundel County. Recently Dee was honored with the prestigious “Hall of Fame” award, signifying she has sold over 50 million dollars of real estate in her career.
As the Team Coordinator, she oversees the contracts and takes care of the many details involved during the listing and sales process such as working with buyers specialists, ordering a home inspection or making sure an appraisal comes in on time. When she isn’t working with the Team, Dee is involved at her church where she works with the youth groups and on landscaping projects. She also enjoys horseback riding, boating and traveling.



Bob Wakefield

Bob joined the team as a partner in 2001 and assumed the role of organizing and developing the team's operations. As a professionally-licensed engineer, Bob is able to provide in-depth knowledge to home buyers on issues regarding the house and property. Bob also manages the team’s financial operations. He spends most of his time working one-on-one with clients – and is especially good in providing investors looking for commercial and residential properties with sound advice and alternatives, including land, for development. He is adept in putting together financing necessary to make any real estate deal possible. “I enjoy putting deals together for investors and for commercial and land development. Financing, deal structure and negotiation are some of my strengths."
A graduate of the Naval Academy, Bob is an Associate Broker and has a MBA in Finance. After working for more than 15 years in the private business sector, Bob entered real estate in 1998 when he earned his license. He has also earned designations as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), At Home with Diversity Certification, Historic Properties Certification, and e-Pro. When he isn’t working on real estate for his clients, Bob enjoys golf and carpentry.

Not a native to Maryland, but having moved here from South Carolina in 1984, Connie now calls Annapolis home. With a degree in Marketing & Business Administration, she has made Marketing her career; for 2 years as a Marketing Director in the tremendous local boating industry, and the last 20 years in real estate. Hired by Chris Coile in 1989 as a Graphic Designer, Connie received her Real Estate license in 2001, while maintaining her position in the Marketing Department. Deciding that it was time to take full advantage of both her knowledge of Real Estate and Marketing, she now has found her place with the Remias, Zepp & Wakefield Team. As such she is responsible for the extensive Marketing that is involved with a productive Team. Her experience in Real Estate Marketing and attention to detail is invaluable in the promotion of our listings. For her down time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family; Howard, Christina (18) and Lee (15). Boating, crafts and gardening are favorite pastimes.

Carol got her real estate license in 2004 and recently joined the Remias, Zepp and Wakefield Team. She chose this Team because she shares the same business values of integrity and exceptional service. Carol brings years of experience in information technology with her. The same skills she used for 33 years as a Software Analyst Manager - communication, negotiation, technical and analytical skills, serve her well as a real estate professional. Carol also brings with her the belief that every real estate transaction has a huge impact on the participant’s lives. She takes her role seriously and works tirelessly to be sure no stone is left unturned. In her premier year in real estate Carol received the 1st Year Excellence Award. Outside of real estate, both family and fitness are important to her. Along with real estate, Carol also has a passion for her two granddaughters and training for triathlons.

Doug has lived in Maryland for more than 30 years and currently calls the Eastern Shore home.  A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with 35 years of business experience, Doug has been active in the real estate development and construction industries, with more than 14 years experience in developing property, building construction, home remodeling and renovation.  Doug uses his varied background, along with strong ethical beliefs and work ethic, to provide the highest level of customer service and support to his clients.  A home purchase or sale is the largest transaction of most peoples’ lives and he believes they deserve the best advice and council during the process.  Doug has recent experience with waterfront properties in Annapolis and the Eastern Shore .  During leisure time Doug enjoys golf, boating and home remodeling.

Dan has been living in the Annapolis area for the last twenty years and calls the Broadneck Peninsula his home.  He has a broad background in the real estate industry. He owns investment property of his own, and is a graduate of the Investors United School of Real Estate.  He also holds a Maryland Home Improvement license and is familiar with building construction and home renovation.  He currently owns and runs his own Property Management business.  Dan’s approach when it comes to the real estate business is putting the customer first. He knows nothing gets accomplished until there is mutual respect and trust between the agent and client.  At that point the agent and client are a team with the same goal, which is to meet the needs of the client.
